our testimony will request standards be developed for a dental hygiene-based dental therapy track, as CODA has chosen not to develop accreditation standards for a dental-hygiene based dental therapy track, and instead only for the non-dental hygiene track.
Your action is critical to protecting the public, the profession we treasure and the scope of practice we must have to enable the public’s direct access to our care.
If we remain silent, others will speak for Dental Hygiene. Please don’t let that happen to our profession.
